You have to make the Fee payment before your first session. Fee once paid are NOT REFUNDABLE. but transferable to another person. That person has to attend that particular paid season itself. Finding a person to transfer your slot is your responsibility.

There will be 8 Sessions in one Season/Schedule, and has to attend the sessions within that same Season / Given schedule. No Carryforward option available.

If you wish to attend more than 8 sessions, you have to attend sessions at multiple locations. Please click this link to know the locations - INPERSON CLASSES. and check with Instructor to know the packages. You Cannot compensate a weekday session with a weekend session or vise versa. There is no discount package available for any number of sessions. Please inform the instructor after you decide about the days you wish to attend. You will get a schedule based on your selected locations.

There is a system of recurring Season Schedules. You have to Register and Join from the first session of the Season. You cannot join in between an ongoing Season. If a Season is ongoing, you have to check with the Instructor about the subsequent Season start date and join from that date. 

Incase you paid and became unwell before starting the any sessions in that season, Please inform the instructor and discuss for further procedures

Attending a session fully is your responsibility. If you attend a session for a short time or half time, it will be considered as fully attended. As its a Fitness session, you will be benefitted only if you attend full session. It will be appreciated if you attend from start (warmup) till the end (cooldown), so your muscles will function much better. 

If there is a date change in schedule, Instructor will inform you 1day before or 6 hours prior to session in urgent cases. Rescheduled date will be informed to you soon as the date is rescheduled.

Candidate must inform the Instructor if She/He does have a Medical condition or has any History of Surgery
